The three of them had turned up late for class and the English teacher Mr Hicks was in no mood for their bad mannors. All the girls were brought to the front of the class and stood by the blackboard. In turn they were pulled forward one by one told to remove their regulation knickers and bend over a cold woodern desk.

As the rest of the well behaved girls watched from the comfort and safety of their own desks each of the late comers takes 20 strokes of Mr Hicks leather strap, the one he kept for the really bad girls in his class.
